| There was a time when I sought to leave this world and for a while I did,
fleeing the poisonous rune it made of my life...
...but the power of this world has pulled me back in. The evil, the poison with-in shall not
be quickly cured. |

Pit of Doom
Greetings,
Riralm the wizard's son, Raela fell into the pit of Doom while gathering herbs. There in the pit of Doom, Raela's limbs were ripped from him by the great daemon Istyria.
Riralmn's grief was so madding that he vowed to wipe clean the pit of Doom, destroying all creatures, monsters and humans within. In his haste to prepare a magical cleansing spell, he knocked a small moonstone into the brewing vat.
Riralm began casting the spell of cleansing on the pit of Doom. Somewhere from within the moonstone and the spell, holes in the fabric of time caused distance land began to open and close.
When Riralm reached the room of Fire Stone where Istyria dwell, the daemon cast a breath of fire that caught the mighty wizard off guard and it consumed him whole.
Now the pit of Doom flexes with time. Monsters and creatures appear from nowhere and then disappear just as quickly. Beware traveler for thy Doom awaits thee.
